In January 2019 Claire and I spent a brilliant week in the Gambia.
We stayed at Hibiscus House, a charming little hotel in the Brufut region. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was fantastic, our room was comfortable and The Gambia is a great place. But what really made our stay special was the excellence of your staff. Without exception all the people who work at Hibiscus were genuinely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel like part of the family.
We had days out, often with our guide Lamin, to the crocodile pool at Katchikally, the reptile farm at Kartong and lots of other places.
Claire had a very special birthday
